Grievance Redressal Policy

StyPro is dedicated to providing a seamless experience to its customers and users. We have established a robust Grievance Redressal mechanism in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How to Lodge a Complaint

Please email or write to the Grievance Officer with your name, contact information, a detailed description of the grievance, and any relevant references or documents to help us investigate the matter.

Acknowledgment and Resolution Timelines

  • Acknowledgment: Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 days.

  • Urgent Matters: Content or security issues categorized as urgent may be resolved within 15 days as per applicable law.

Resolution and Escalation

Final resolutions are communicated via email or phone. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to our senior management or pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Record-Keeping & Policy Review

All grievances and resolutions are documented per legal requirements for service improvement. This policy is reviewed regularly; updates will be posted online, and users are encouraged to check periodically.

We strictly adhere to the IT Act, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, and maintain standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.

Data Minimization & Purpose Limitation

We only collect essential personal and corporate data required for business transactions. This data is used lawfully and reviewed regularly for retention or deletion.

All staff members undergo privacy training and sign confidentiality agreements. Furthermore, any third-party vendors handling data on our behalf are contractually bound to meet StyPro’s high security standards.

Data Lifecycle Management

Retention schedules are defined by law or operational necessity. Data is securely destroyed or purged from our systems when it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected.
