We have established a robust Grievance Redressal mechanism in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How to Lodge a Complaint
Please email or write to the Grievance Officer with your name, contact information, a detailed description of the grievance, and any relevant references or documents to help us investigate the matter.
Acknowledgment and Resolution Timelines
Acknowledgment: Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 days.
Urgent Matters: Content or security issues categorized as urgent may be resolved within 15 days as per applicable law.
Resolution and Escalation
Final resolutions are communicated via email or phone. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to our senior management or pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All grievances and resolutions are documented per legal requirements for service improvement. This policy is reviewed regularly; updates will be posted online, and users are encouraged to check periodically.
